        Filtri a Capsula

        Le capsule GVS sono unità di filtrazione monouso progettate per la rimozione di particelle o batteri da soluzioni acquose o a base di solventi e flussi di gas. Sono pronte all’uso, senza bisogno di smontare, pulire e riassemblare gli alloggiamenti del filtro.

        Le capsule GVS non contengono colle o tensioattivi e hanno filtri progettati a più strati per una maggiore resa e una durata di vita estesa.
        Sono inclusi due sfiati a monte per facilitare lo sfiato in qualsiasi posizione.

        Proprietà

        Tutte le capsule che contengono elementi membranosi sono pre-impregnate con acqua distillata per ridurre gli estraibili. Le capsule GVS con involucri in polipropilene sono adatte al contatto con gli alimenti (FDA/EU); a causa delle possibili restrizioni dovute all’applicazione finale, compete all‘utilizzatore stabilire la conformità totale.
        Le capsule sono tutte completamente testate prima della spedizione secondo il test tossicologico di classe VI. I filtri a capsula sono disponibili nella versione sterile e non sterile.

        Le capsule sono disponibili con le seguenti connessioni: raccordo a spina da 3/8 di pollice, raccordo a spina con passo da 1/4 o 1/2 pollice, NPTM da 1/4 pollice, NPTM da 1/2 pollice e flangia sanitaria da 1,5 pollici.

        Tutte le capsule sono imballate in sacchetti di plastica a basso particolato o scatole singole.
        Le capsule sterili sono confezionate in buste termosaldate con indicatore di sterilità.

        Il supporto idrofilo in PTFE è ideale per:

        - filtrazione chimica e di sfiato, filtrazione di acidi, basi e ossidanti;
        - prodotti chimici sfusi, elettronica;
        - filtrazione chimica di grado, ventilazione sterile;
        - filtrazione di aria e gas di processo.

        La membrana in PES è ideale per:

        - Per bassa capacità legante di proteine
        - Filtrazione di acidi, basi, ossidanti, sieri, solventi, prodotti chimici fini - Soluzioni di rivestimento, bevande, elettronica, prodotti biologici, lacche
        - Pulizia delle parti, terreni di coltura tissutale
        - Intermezzi farmaceutici, inchiostri e coloranti fini, filtrazione al punto d'uso per acque di processo.
