We are pleased to share a significant milestone in our sustainability journey: GVS has received a “B” score in CDP Climate Change 2024, ranking above the average of more than 22,000 companies evaluated globally.
The CDP Climate Change questionnaire assesses the level of transparency and climate change management by companies. Ratings range from D- (Awareness) to A (Leadership). With a “B” score, GVS is among the companies that demonstrate a structured and conscious approach to addressing climate-related issues.
Among our key objectives:
· Reduce Group Scope 1 + Scope 2 (market-based) greenhouse gas emissions by 42% by 2030, compared to the 2024 baseline
· Launch a feasibility study to define a reduction target also for Scope 3 emissions, those indirectly generated along the value chain
