Single-Use Spinner Flasks
Single-Use Spinner Flasks are usually used as small bioreactors for cell suspension culture paired with magnetic stirring devices. GVS Single-Use Spinner Flasks are specifically designed for the microcarrierbased suspension culture of adherent cells such as MSCs. Each set consists of a three-neck culture flask and a stirring paddle with an integrated magnet, compatible with commercially available low-speed cell culture magnetic stirrers. The magnetic force generates rotation, facilitating smooth and uniform stirring, maintaining a stable environment for cell suspension culture. The products are also suitable for non-adherent cell suspension culture, and related process optimization.

Manufactured with raw materials conforming to the USP Class VI standards, produced in a GMP cleanroom
The flask body is made of high-transparency polystyrene (PS), with clear molded-in graduations for easy observation
The POM shaft has high mechanical strength, low friction coefficient, and good self-lubrication, allowing the paddle to rotate stably for extended periods
The design of the stirring paddle has undergone precise flow field analysis to achieve smooth and uniform stirring, maintaining a stable environment for cell suspension culture
Each product set is equipped with a 0.22 μm PTFE hydrophobic filter membrane vent cap, preventing bacterial contamination while allowing good gas exchange
Each product set is supplied in independent double-layer medical packaging on which product batch number is printed for easy traceability
Compatible with most commercially available low-speed cell culture magnetic stirrers. The 125 mL specification is equipped with a stable base for secure placement on the stirring device
Extremely Low Extractables Levels and excellent biosafety
Sterilized by irradiation, SAL 10-6; DNase/RNase-free, non-pyrogenic and non-cytotoxic
