Two New Solutions for Respiratory Care and Diagnostics
Among the innovations GVS will introduce in Düsseldorf are Humi-Shield and AERO, two solutions developed to address different needs in respiratory care and diagnostics, both sharing a focus on performance, reliability and patient comfort.
GVS Humi-Shield is designed to help maintain physiological airway conditions in patients whose natural process of warming and humidifying inspired air is compromised. Its Cross-Chevron technology supports effective heat and moisture exchange while maintaining low resistance to airflow. Available in both disposable and reusable versions, the device is designed for a range of care settings, from hospitals to home care.
AERO is the new GVS filter designed for pulmonary function testing. Its high-performance electrostatic filter media is engineered to combine high filtration efficiency with low airflow resistance, helping provide protection during respiratory testing procedures. The ability to use the same model across different types of tests, from standard procedures to High Flow applications, also provides greater flexibility in everyday diagnostic practice.
